Go to the login page.tsx and click 'Forgot password'. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a secure reset link valid for 1 hour. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

New accounts require email verification before activation. Check your inbox for a verification email. If you're a nurse, your profile also needs credential review by our compliance team before your account is fully activated.

Navigate to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. You'll need an authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy). Scan the QR code shown, enter the 6-digit code to confirm, and 2FA will be enabled.
